• Information Gathering: Discuss your retrofit with one of our sales engineers. Be ready to answer questions about your installation, the type of machine and the applications and processes performed.

• Initial Quotation: PRC will prepare a quotation for your review. We'll include every item necessary for the retrofit to be successful including any ancillary equipment that will be required and any actions that we would ask you to be responsible for.

• Site Evaluation Visit: PRC will send a retrofit technician or sales engineer to take a first hand look at your facility and your application. This will help to ensure a successful retrofit and minimum downtime.

• Final Quotation: After the site evaluation visit PRC will be in position to send you a finalized quotation, or to re-validate the initial quotation.

• Retrofit Scheduling: If you choose to move forward with the retrofit, PRC will work with you to develop a schedule for:
